Traffic Services

Traffic Services provides for the safe and effective flow of traffic through the use of engineering, and the installation and maintenance of signs, signals, and pavement markings. This office manages the City's street lights and helps plan future roadway projects to improve safety and traffic flow problems. They also receive and process citizen requests for speed limits, signal changes, and other traffic control needs.

Traffic Services is responsible for 165 signals throughout the City, including school flashers and emergency service facilities warning lights, and over 800 decorative lights and streetlights in the City limits.
