Municipal Court
Municipal Court is part of the unified judicial system for the State of South Carolina and serves as the judicial court for the City of Spartanburg. Our goal is to ensure due process and equal protection of the law to all parties and to work to instill public trust and confidence in the court.

City Attorney
The City Attorney provides legal counsel to the City Council and City Manager, as well as to the City's departments, boards, and commissions. The City Attorney also oversees the prosecution of cases in Municipal Court, including retaining outside counsel when needed.
