The Spartanburg Police Department's Records Division is the centralized storage and processing area for all records, and information relating to Public Safety activities, including criminal reports and accident reports. Public Safety Aides in the Records Division assist officers, other agencies, and the public with many needs. In addition, the Records Division assists the public in speaking with a police officer and reporting incidents.
The Records Division is located on the first floor of the Spartanburg Police Department located at Spartanburg City Hall, 145 W Broad St.
Services provided
- Copies of Police Reports
- No charge for individuals involved in the incident
- $3 fee for each Incident/Accident Report requested by individuals not involved in the incident
- Fingerprinting
- $5 (CASH ONLY) per set
- Appointments are required for all fingerprints; if you have a large groups, or require multiple sets of fingerprinting cards, please specify when making your appointment. Appointments can be made by calling 864-596-2439
